James Coulter is currently in leave status due to taking treatments for kidney and brain cancer. He has been off of work since August 2018, and is running out of leave. He has used all of his annual leave and is almost out of sick hours. I know James would appreciate any help he can get with leave donations. In 2000, James started his career with FSIS working as a GS-5 in Bryan, Texas, at P-11319. James worked as a Food Inspector at Sanderson Farms in Bryan for about 3 years. James promoted to a GS-8/9 job at establishment P-17564, Indiana Packers, in Delphi, Indiana at a market swine slaughter/ processing plant and worked there for approximately 2 years. In 2005, James got a job as an EIAO in Springfield, Illinois. James worked in that position for approximately 2 years. In 2007, James accepted a position with OPEER, and worked as an Investigator in Lubbock, Texas for a year and transferred to San Antonio and continued to work there until 2015. In 2015 James accepted a position in Washington DC as a Compliance Specialist. James is 46 years old. Since going on leave James has moved back to his family’s home in Sweeny, Texas, but is still having to pay mortgage and bills in the Washington DC area until he can get back to work or works something else out.
